This workshop is a two-day program designed for families aware of the importance of educating themselves and starting the discussion of governance and succession in the Family Business.
As Peter Drucker explained, “Effectiveness is doing the right thing and producing immediate and measurable results”. However, governance and succession issues are usually misunderstood and emotionally charged so they are rarely addressed openly, with critical thinking and with the intention of being effective.
This seminar program uses non-conventional techniques that combine the best principles of business governance and succession with a strong behavioral framework. It comprises six group dynamics based on the theory of “Action Learning”, providing the tools that families need to be effective in handling governance and succession matters.
