Since 2010 he joined Reddin Consultants, a boutique consulting firm founded by his father and Ph.D. W.J. Reddin back in 1974. The firm has assessed more than 1 million managers, has trained more than 500,000 people worldwide and has consulted more than 3,000 companies in three continents. Alejandro has been mentored by one of the greatest behavioral thinkers Ph.D. Robin Stuart-Kotze and usually gets involved in in transformational managing for results programs for multinationals like Valeo, Boehringer Ingelheim, American Standard, Campbell’s Soup, Duracell besides many others. Most of his consulting method uses a scientifically proven methodology to help people to own and commit to key results, making execution a habit and a result-driven mind-set a philosophy.
